We expanding! We've moved from our warehouse location to a new 2500 sq ft gallery space in the hip mountain mecca of Carbondale Colorado. Located in the center of town at 423 Main Street next to the Crystal Theater!
You can also visit us in our wonderful Aspen showroom next to Little Annies restaurant on Hyman Avenue in Downtown Aspen.
As Colorado's premier source for Asian art and antiques, Strange Imports is committed to supplying the general public, as well as the design trade, with high quality and authentic imports. In business for over 20 years, we have experienced continuing success placing these Chinese, Tibetan, Mongolian, and Thai pieces in Colorado homes, and throughout the United States. Our furniture, accessories, art, and statuary transition exceptionally well in a variety of mountain, modern, and traditional homes, as Asian aesthetic continues to inspire contemporary design.
We travel to Asia at least 4 times per year, and ship 6 containers annually to our warehouse here in Glenwood Springs. All antiques are fully restored in our Beijing workroom, so they arrive in excellent condition to be relocated to your home. We also have the capability to design and produce custom furniture, and welcome your inquiries.
