A Antique Traditional Oaxacan Dance Mask, depicting a moustached and goateed spirit with petal shaped appendages. Wonderfully expressive painting to the face. Collected in Mexico city in 1970, this piece was probably produced in the 1940's.
Evidence of use, some loss to the painted surfaces on the petals. One petal has been reattached as visible in the photos.
Approximately 10 inches high by 12 inches wide.
